'Report Thread' Popups
Started By
Today I, once again, hit the "Report Post" button on accident. This is not the first time it has happened to me either. I was thinking it would save mods' time if there was a "Are you sure you want to report this thread/topic?" popup to allow you to stop accidental reporting. Opinions?

EDIT: Geist's suggestion:
"Just as my own add-on suggestion. "Post a response" should be a button at the bottom that takes you to its own page, with a bigger input field. The way responses are handled now is incredibly awkward and if you type a huge post, proofreading in this tiny little field is horrible. It's so easy to skip entire lines. I already have issues with writing and grammar, trying to make my replies coherent while scrolling through this tiny field.. It just doesn't work and my replies have a tendency to come out reading bizarre because of it. I just can't proof read right unless I type the whole post up in wordpad.

The whole "report reply" button should be replaced, besides my above suggestion, with a "reply to this post" button that takes you to the post a response page with the post you're replying to in quotations.

I support :)
But don't fret if it does happen, it happens often and I've done it multiple times myself lol
Also, don't worry about getting the person you accidentally reported in trouble, we can usually tell when a report is accidental, and we won't take any action against a person unless warranted.

However, this is a neat idea and I support it! I would also like the option to reply directly to someone's post.

If you have Firefox, you can click the little dotted triangle in the bottom-right corner of the typey-box and can drag the area bigger. I do it whenever I type something.

God yes, support. I don't even know why it's a big enormous button.

It needs to be set up like most forums with a small 'report' text link. If it's just text and not a huge glaring button, it's not nearly as attention grabbing.

Mind if I add more? Just as my own add-on suggestion. :\

The whole "report reply" button should be replaced, besides my above suggestion, with a "reply to this post" button that takes you to the post a response page with the post you're replying to in quotations.

All of this would really help the forums, I think.

Support. Oh my god do I support this. I've done this several times and it drives me crazy. Half the time its because I'm on my phone, which likes to make me accidentally click on things.

Support. :(

I have thought it said "reply" at least once and clicked it.
